Exchange? Follow the steps below and indicate in the notes for which item/size you want to exchange. Return the package and we will exchange it for you

Your return must first be registered online. Start by entering your order number and e-mail address, choose the products you want to return and the correct shipping label for your package size. Pay and receive a shipping label by email. You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received from us immediately after your order.

Return costs in the Netherlands are €6.95 and are for your own account.

Which items cannot be returned?

  • Swimwear, headgear and jewelery cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene.
  • Items that have been exchanged cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards
  • Items from the Christmas sale/end of the year sale cannot be returned. If this does happen, a shop credit will be given.

  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)
  • Exchange for another item

How soon will I get my money back?

We have a processing time of 14 working days after receipt.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request. We therefore request that you do not email before the processing time.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • All products must be unworn and in their original condition.
  • Sample sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
  • The order must be returned in its original packaging with the associated labels/cards.
  • If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you or the product will be returned. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged during a return.
  • If a product arrives dirty/defective and/or damaged, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you or the product will be returned.
  • The shipping risk is for the buyer, we recommend using Track and Trace.
  • If the purchased product is defective/dirty/damaged, we must be contacted within 7 days of the delivery date. This is mandatory. If an item arrives to us defective/not in its original condition and this has not been indicated, we cannot determine the cause.
  • At the moment payment has been made with a voucher and the order is returned. Will this also be refunded as a voucher.
  • All items are checked by us before shipping.
  • Items from the Christmas sale/end of the year sale cannot be returned or exchanged. If this does happen, a shop credit will be given.
