SHOPPING CONDITIONS
- It is not possible to return your purchase in our store
- Exchange is allowed within 14 days of your purchase
- Items purchased in the francis store can only be exchanged in the store
- Defects should be reported within 7 days of purchase
- It is possible to pay with a debit card or cash in the pop-up store
- A maximum of 4 items may be matched at a time
- It is not allowed to bring accessories into the fitting rooms.
- The store contains camera security in case of theft/destruction, a report will be made to the police
- The francis store is separate from our online webshop. For complaints/returns/exchanges of your online purchase, we would like to refer you to our online customer service. It is therefore not possible to exchange/return your online purchases in the pop-up store
